This series currently  centres on the form of the bowl, the crucible, the container, or the vessel, explored through both abstract and figurative languages. These forms function as metaphors for receptivity, transformation, creativity, and the capacity to hold human experience. They embody the subtle interplay between presence and absence, matter and emptiness, and between what manifests and what remains ineffable.
The vessel is elemental, resonating with a long history of meaning and associations in art, literature, and culture. Flowing forms suggest transience, and the movement or transmutation of energy. Together, these motifs explore openness to what lies beyond the self and the willingness to hold and release, to receive and give back. Each painting invites viewers to dwell in mystery rather than explanation.
